This site belongs to Daniela Torres (“Dani Torres”, “I”, “me”), providing coaching and family constellations services in Orlando, Florida, and online.

Only what you give me in a form:

• First and last name.
• Email address.
• Phone number, when the form asks for it.
• The message or situation you choose to tell me about.
• Your answers to the consent checkboxes, along with the date and time, the version of the text you agreed to, and the IP address you agreed from. Those three pieces are the proof that the permission came from you: the law requires me to be able to demonstrate it before sending you a single text message. I do not use them for anything else.

I do not ask for health data, financial data or identity documents through this site. If you send them to me on your own, I treat them with the same confidentiality, but please do not send them through a form.

• To answer your request and schedule a conversation or session.
• To send you the information or free material you asked for.
• To send you notices and reminders related to your process, if you gave that consent.
• To send you content, offers or news, only if you specifically checked that box.

I do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for them to market anything to you.

Text messages are optional and work through two separate, independent permissions. You may give one, both or neither; the form submits either way and I reply by email.

• Non-marketing: By checking this box, I consent to receive non-marketing text messages from Dani Torres about scheduling my appointment, reminders and follow-up on my process. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance, reply STOP to opt out.
• Marketing: By checking this box, I consent to receive marketing and promotional messages including special offers, discounts and updates, from Dani Torres at the phone number provided. Frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance, reply STOP to opt out.

Accepting appointment notices never implies accepting promotions. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or texting HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not affect your process or our communication by email.

Neither your phone number nor your SMS consent is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Only with the providers I need for the service to work, and only with what is strictly necessary:

• Multilead — the platform where I store contacts and from which I message you.
• Transactional email provider — to send new-message notifications and automated replies.
• Vercel — the site’s hosting.

I may also share it if required by law or by a competent authority.

For as long as there is a relationship with you and, afterwards, for the time needed to meet legal obligations or to be able to demonstrate your consent. You may ask me to delete it sooner.

You may ask me at any time for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you. Write to info@danitorres.coach and I will respond within 30 days.

This site and my services are intended for people over 18. I do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor sent me data, write to me and I will delete it.

If I update this policy, I change the date above. If the change affects how I use your data, I will notify you through the channels you have authorized.
