I offer coaching, family constellations and personal development processes. This is educational and personal growth work.

It is not psychotherapy, it is not medical or psychiatric treatment, and it does not replace care from a health professional. I do not diagnose or treat illness, and I do not prescribe medication. If you are under treatment, follow your provider’s guidance. If you are in crisis or having thoughts of harming yourself, seek immediate help: in the United States you can call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or call 911.

Transformation processes depend on your participation, your context and your commitment. I do not guarantee specific results or timeframes. The testimonials on this site are real experiences from specific people and do not represent a promise of results for you.

Published prices are in US dollars (USD): the Sesión RAÍZ™ costs $350 and the programs carry the investment shown on their page. Prices may change without notice; the price that applies is the one in effect when you book.

Rescheduling and cancelling sessions

You may reschedule or cancel your session with at least 24 hours’ notice, by writing to info@danitorres.coach. Within that window we find another date at no cost.

If you give less than 24 hours’ notice — or do not show up at the agreed time — the session is considered delivered: it is not rescheduled and not refunded. That time was reserved for you and can no longer be offered to someone else.

If I am the one who needs to move the session, I will let you know as soon as possible and we reschedule at no cost, or I refund you in full if you prefer not to continue.

Program enrollment

Enrolling in a program or coaching process is a commitment to the full investment. Paying in installments is a payment convenience, not a monthly subscription: withdrawing from the process does not cancel your outstanding installments.

You may cancel in writing within the first three business days after enrolling and receive the corresponding refund. After that period, payments made are non-refundable, except where required by law.

New Self — 1:1 coaching

If you cannot continue for personal reasons, you may request a single pause of up to 60 days and resume your remaining sessions afterwards. During the pause, the payment schedule continues as agreed.

If you decide not to resume, no refund is issued and you must complete your outstanding installments.

Group programs

If you cannot complete the program for personal reasons, you may transfer your participation once to the next available edition of the same program.

That transfer does not cancel your payment commitment: outstanding installments are due on the originally agreed dates and no refunds are issued.

What you share in session is confidential. I would only disclose it if required by law or if there were a serious and imminent risk to your life or someone else’s.

By submitting a form you authorize me to reply through the channels you provided. Text messages are optional and require you to specifically check the relevant box: one for notices and reminders about your process, another for promotions. They are separate permissions.

You can opt out by replying STOP to any message, or text HELP for assistance. Message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. The details are in the Privacy Policy.

The texts, materials, methodologies and marks on this site — including Método RAÍZ™, Sesión RAÍZ™ and New Self — are my property. You may use them for your personal process, but not reproduce, resell or teach them as your own without my written authorization.

You are responsible for the decisions you make based on our work. To the extent permitted by law, my liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Orange County, Florida.
